Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Normal arrival time is 5-7 days after the shipment leaves my office. All packages are shipped in recycled (used) boxes or priority boxes and are shipped through USPS, unless otherwise specified.
Shipping is included for most purchases through this website. You will be updated with the tracking information once it has shipped.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact me. Unfortunately each piece is unique and will not be accepting returns, exchanges, or refunds. Depending on the situation I could issue a refund BUT it will be minus the shipping charges I paid to send to you originally. You will also have to pay shipping back to me and return the item and full packaging. There will be a $25 return fee added into the refund. I am not responsible for damages or loss while in transit.

I purchase an already made item and do not take credit for the original item. Most of the time I then paint the item and add rhinestones to it and other designs to complete it as a Kate Crystal Design. Each individual rhinestone is glued and placed on the item by me. I inspect each item before it leaves to make sure its in perfect condition and will WOW you upon arrival. Each item also comes with a Thank You bag that contains extra rhinestones and glue incase of one or some rhinestones falling off. You may find some imperfections of my design/art but overall the items are made to be beautiful. These are not a toy and should not be handled. For display purposes only. Some content might be offensive to some viewers.
